Dylan Harbison’s poems have appeared in The Offing, Muzzle Magazine, The Rumpus, The Shore, and elsewhere. Originally from Vermont, they are now based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where they are working toward their MFA in poetry at NC State University. They believe that the creative impulse is an impulse toward survival. At the end of every poem, they are the living thing.
