Dylan Harbison’s poems have appeared in The Offing, Muzzle Magazine, The Rumpus, The Shore, and elsewhere. Originally from Vermont, they are now based in Asheville, North Carolina, where they run Meter & Melody, a queer poetry night. They believe that the creative impulse is an impulse toward survival. At the end of every poem, they are the living thing.
